Product Introduction
Except for CNC punching plate, photo etching plates and laser cutting plates, metal plate also can be drilled into super perforated metal screen sheet for more stringent application requirements. Generally, perforated metal screen sheet demands drilling process when the material plate is much thicker than the diameter of the perforation, as common CNC punching, etching laser cutting cannot handle it well.
After drilling and milling, we will satin-finish and wash the perforated screen, to guarantee perfectly clean holes and no burrs. Our different advanced drilling/milling equipment and various technologies cooperative partners for different applications and industries.

Hole Pattern
● Cylindrical Holes: Application in hydra pulper sieve plate, rotary drum pulper sieve plate, sand washer sieve plate, vibrating screen sieve plate, centrifugal honey extractor sieve plate.
● Stepped Holes (also called Bicylindrical): Application in pressure sieve plate, fiber separator sieve plate, single screw press sieve plate, double screw press sieve plate.
● Cylindrical Conical Holes: Application in sugar pulp pressing, water filtration, paper mills pressing, processing of chemicals, separation process.
● Conical Holes: Application in pressure sieve plate, fiber separator sieve plate, single screw press sieve plate.● Counterbored Holes: Application in tube plate, sieve tray.
