Product Introduction
Sieving bending wedge wire screen also known as DSM screen, Parabolic screen, curve screen, run down screen, de-watering screen, side hill screen, pressure bend sieves screen.
Our bending wedge wire screen is manufactured by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire and support rods. Then the panel screens are cutting and curved into common 45°, 60°, 120° and other degree arcs, and welded two stainless steel frame for easy installation onto wedge wire screen sieve equipment.
With continuous slots, the curved bend sieve screen has greater efficient filtering capacity than a flat screen due to forces exerted as material flows against the curved surface.

Working Principle
Our quality sieve bend screens consist of a concave curved profile wire screen mounted in a frame with the screen openings either perpendicular to the flow (cross flow). In cross flow applications the profile wire is given a small tilt of a few degrees so that the material can run onto a sharp cutting edge to increase the screening efficiency. Once the sharp edges have worn away, the sieve bends can be rotated by 180 degrees so that material can once again run onto sharp edges. The sharp edges are naturally reformed on the trailing edge.
