Product Introduction
Our wedge wire screen filtering nozzles made by stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, 321, 904L, 2205, 2507, C276 or other metal alloy material, V-shaped wire around the plate water cap for chemical industry, which owns fine features:
● Continuous & uniform slot design, high open area.
● Non-clogging high filtering efficiency.
● Economical due to Corrosion and rust resistance long life, and Easy to install and replacement.
● High temperature resistance.
It has a wide range of applications in water treatment applications. JTD is making and supplying the different wedge wire sizes and slot sizes can suit different class filtration.
Type and Specifications
According to the appearance, there are mainly four types of metal wedge wire nozzle, Single Head wedge wire Filter nozzle, Double Head wedge wire Filter nozzle, Single Flow rating and double flow rating filter nozzle, long handle filter nozzle.
