Product Introduction
MDI flip-flow screen panel is a screening medium made from high-elasticity polyurethane material, specifically designed for handling sticky, wet, or dry difficult-to-screen materials. Its unique flip-flow vibration principle combined with high-frequency motion effectively prevents blocking and material accumulation, while ensuring screening efficiency and smooth material flow. It is suitable for various working conditions and can be customized in terms of hardness, thickness, and aperture design according to requirements, making it an ideal choice for solving screening challenges in the mining, construction, and chemical industries.

Features
● The material is specially treated to ensure it does not delaminate under long-term alternating loads, offering a long service life and high load-bearing capacity.
● The raw material is a high molecular organic elastomer with a very high elastic modulus, high strength, impact absorption, and high wear resistance.
● It has high tensile strength, with a load-bearing capacity more than 2.5 times that of rubber screen panels, and a service life 8-10 times that of ordinary metal screens.
● Strong water permeability, large cone angle of screen holes, high screening efficiency, and can effectively prevent the adhesion of wet fine particles.
● The screen surface has a self-cleaning function, which can effectively avoid blocking.
